Rashid Khan Biography: Afghan cricketer Rashid Khan Arman (born 20 September 1998) is currently the captain of Afghanistan’s national Twenty20 International team. Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Indian Premier League (IPL), Adelaide Strikers in the Big Bash League (BBL) in Australia, Lahore Qalandars in the Pakistan Super League (PSL), and the Band-e-Amir Dragons in Afghanistan are among his franchise teams. He bats right-handed and bowls leg-spin with his right arm.
Rashid Khan was born in 1998 in Nangarhar, eastern Afghanistan. He hails from Jalalabad and has ten siblings. Afghanistan was raging and his family fled to Pakistan for “a few years.” They later returned to Afghanistan, where Rashid Khan continued his schooling and resumed their normal lives. His bowling action is inspired by Pakistani allrounder Shahid Afridi, who he idolized growing up.
